I just want to alert all of you in the Ontario/Quebec area (and even beyond) that there is an *amazing* seminar happening in Montreal this October, featuring some of the brightest minds in the sports/fitness industry. The "assmaster" himself (and that's an official nickname, not one I made up), our buddy Mike Robertson will be among this line up of outstanding human beings in their field!
Other dudes who will be there include Eric Cressey, Charles Poloquin, Christian Thibaudeau, and Joe Defranco.
If you have any interest whatsoever in athletic perfomance, structural/physiology issues (sniff!), or anything sports/fitness related, do not miss this amazing line up! My friend Pat has worked really hard to bring speakers of this calibre to Montreal (just a stone's throw from Ottawa) at an extremely reasonable price.
If you are a young trainer or have any plans to pursue a career in the industry, seminars like these are the best chance you have at meeting the top dogs and networking with people who could be potential mentors..or friends! Events like these are life changing. Not in the same way as my frozen banana smoothie, but close.
